Sri Lankan batting woes continues, one more poor batting display from top and middle order except Sangakkara. Even though Sangakkara and P jayawardene had good 100 + partnership they ended up scoring 188. All credits to England, especially Mathew hoggard who picked 4 wickets in 1st session. What a dream return for Hoggard, no wonder his name is amongst the best English bowlers.
England got to a watchful start after losing the 1st wicket on without scoring a run. Bell and Vaughan made sure they will not lose any more wickets at the stumps Day 1.
Sri Lanka needs to get England wickets early to stay alive in the game on the other side if England can play throughout the day, they can put Sri Lanka on back foot and attack in 2nd innnings.

First let us apologize about non availabily of site yesterday from 10PM PST, this was planned downtime by the service provider which we forgot to give our users advance notice.Highlights of Day 2:
- Sourav got his maiden ton in Kolkota and every run scored by him is cheered by more than 60K people on the ground and millions of his fans on TV and Internet.
- Laxman continues his good run at kolkota and again he remains not out after scoring brilliant century with elegant stroke play. Hey is yet to be dismissed in this tour.
- Just when everyone thought Dhoni is playing out of his character he exploded and entertained crowd.
- Pitch still looks like good for batting which was clearly evident while pakistan batting, who had got a decent start.
Overall Day 2 also belongs to India, it will be interesting to see Pakistan approach the innings.

England resumes its tour of Sri Lanka after a month gap after winning the ODI series against the home nation Sri Lanka who had a real bad time in last couple of months or so. The major concern for Sri Lanka is their batting department during this period and never been up to the mark.
Good thing for Sri Lanka is Sangakkara who already had 3 highest test scores in year 2007 is fit and available. While tourists are having few fitness concerns in bowling department.
It would be interesting to see how England does in Sri Lanka, can they win the series in Asia which they did only once under Vaughan Captaincy or Will Sri Lanka strike back form ??

Hello and Welcome to the Day 2 of 2nd Test between India and Pakistan. Day 1 had completely belonged to India from the word go against weak Pakistan bowling who are theoretically playing with one main stream bowler less. No one understood why Shoaib had been selected when he is clearly unfit, even a kid can say he is not fit just by looking at his face. Also Sami is not the the same speed gun who used to be couple of years ago,, he don’t have that pace or aggression in his bowling.
All this to the advantage of Indian batsman, they used it to their advantage to score a mammoth total on day 1. The attack is lead by Wasim Jaffer who played his 192 at almost run a ball while Sachin and Dravid supported him on the other end while the later was victim of Umpire decission.
India should be looking at a score of 550+ before Tea so that their spinners Kumble and Harbhajan will have enough runs to play with.

Anyone who had watched the 1st match and one off T20 between SA and NZ will not miss todays 2nd ODI. What a tour its turning out to be, both the matches went till last ball and the momentum swinging like a high resonant pendulum.
Though SA ended up victorious both the times, one who hasn’t watched the game cannot understand how interesting it was and there is no reason why New Zealand should feel bad about their performance, they gave till the last minute and entertained millions of fans across the globe.

Finally the much waited private cricket league starts from today and we will be having a series of matches for next 15 days where various teams with a real good mix of International superstars and domestic superstars.However the question is do we get the links to watch these matches, We are not sure at the moment but we guess our users will share if they have any like any other match.

Not sure will anyone be interested in Zimbabwe and West Indies cricket but we can have links if available and if anyone interested will can them.
Nothing is going right for Zimbabwe from last coupe of years because of politics outside the cricket and its the same with West Indies. Ideally it should be one sided series but you can’t really predict the way West Indies can play on any day. If viewers are lucky can see some hard hitting.

Test series was one side and New Zealand seemed no where competing with South Africa. T20 is a very close encounter between the two which went till last bowl and SA ended up victorious.Let us hope that ODI series will be a balanced one and provide a great entertainment.

Day 3, What a day it had been for both the teams. Momentum shifted both the sides and finally its very well poised and open. Indian tail could not stand long like Pakistanis in their 1st innings following by good opening partnership between Salman Butt and Hameed made sure it will not be easy task for India. Harbhajan spell which produced 2 valuable wickets was very important in the context of the game and Jumbo did great job of picking Butt and Younis who were looking dangerous.
If Pakistan can survive till Lunch then pressure will be on India. I think by End of day 4 we will be able to predict who is gonna win this match.
