We had to see two totally one sided matches played yesterday, both Knight Riders and Bangalore Royal Challengers were never in the contest after first 5 overs of the match against Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals respectively. Full credit to Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals for the way they played yesterday. They did not panic at all even when opposition got off to a flyer and importantly both the teams chased the target in similar fashion.
Today in 1st match Mohali Kings XI Punjab will play against unbeaten DareDevils, I never thought DareDevils is such a strong team before the tournament started but now I must admit DareDevils is the most balanced side in this 1st season of IPL. KIngs XI Punjab who registered their first win day before has to handle probably one of the best bowling line-ups in IPL very well if they have to come on top.

Well other match today did not go well for Knight Riders as they would have expected (Still going on while writing this though, but Chennai Super Kings look all set to win comfortably).
Both Bangalore Royal Challengers and Rajasthan Royals are equally good and the way Rajasthan Royals won the last match, I should admit they must be high on confidence and positive enough to steal this one as well while Bangalore Royal Challengers will be strengthened with in form Misbah and Dale Steyn presence. Important match for both the teams and I guess it’s gonna be a cracker.

Except Deccan Chargers and Mumbai Indians everyone else had registered a victory and it will be very difficult for both these teams to make a come back. Finally Preity Zinta’s Mohali Kings XI Punjab registered their 1st victory against Mumbai Indians yesterday and thanks to Sangakkara and Bret Lee. Also end of match yesterday it was reported that Harbhajan slapped Sreesanth for teasing Mumbai Indian after their victory and later apologized and that will do no good to King Fishers Fair Play Points Table as well. Actually I’m still awaiting for the BCCI reaction to this and except Harbhajan to be punished severely and make sure this kind of incidents will not take place again.
In the 1st Match today (Remember 2 Matches a day on weekends), Kolkata Knight Riders will play against Chennai Super Kings and both the teams are yet to lose a match. The way things have gone over past 1 week, both the teams turned out to be strong contenders to win the 1st Season of Indan Premier League and I expect a tight contest today between them.

Last two days we had witnessed two close contests which could have gone either ways unlike all other matches which are more of one-sided and with yesterdays match Deccan Chargers have difficult job in hand to win all the games from now on even if they need to have a small chance and the same will happen to the losing team today.
Today Kings XI Punjab will take on Mumbai Indians on home ground and both teams are yet to register a victory. It is still unclear if Sachin would return but if it doesn’t happen then the rest of the players should stand up to make sure they win if they want to sniff a chance at Semis. Even Kings XI need a victory as badly as Mumbai Indians and with home crowd support they would love to register their first win at IPL today.

Wow what a match we had yesterday between Mumbai Indans and Chennai Super Kings, hats off to Mumbai Indians lower order who made it so interesting at the end and Joginder Sharma did the job again for Dhoni.
I think today is the Deccan chargers final chance to keep their chances alive in the first season of Indian Premier League. Well even if they lose today, mathematically they will still be alive but yeah that’s the end of Deccan Chargers. Rajasthan Royals would like to win this game and better their chance for Semis and moreover their batting will be strengthened by Smith’s presence.

Damn don’t want to talk about yesterdays match between Deccan Chargers and Delhi DareDevils except that it was just a pathetic display from Deccan Chargers.
Anyways todays match is important one for Mumbai Indians after losing to Royal Challengers at home. Also Mumbai Indians may miss Sachin who is yet to recover from Injury. Chennai Super kings looked unbeatable other day scoring the highest total in this tournament till now and they hope to repeat their heroics again today.

Neverthought yesterdays match between Rajasthan Royals will beat Kings XI Punjab and it will turn out to be so interesting. Shane Warne was just amazing with the ball and at one point thought they would restrict Kings to score below 150 but excellent batting display from Yuvraj and Piyush got them past 150. Rajasthan Royals put themselves in bit of trouble losing quick wickets but Watson and Jadeja made sure they are home comfortably with 11 balls left.
Today’s match between Chargers and DareDevils is an important one for Deccan chargers after losing their 1st match against kolkata. Deccan Chargers will be under tremendous pressure to win this match which is played at home and moreover Laxman has tough job in hands selecting the team with Afridi now available. I think Deccan Chargers will drop Vaas and pick Afridi whch seems to be the most sensible thing to do in this shorter Version of game. Considering that Shoaib Malik and Asif now available, expect some changes in Delhi DareDevils team as well and would be interesting to see how Star studded Deccan Chargers batting line up will handle Veteran Australian Mc Grath.

I like the concept of having 2 Matches a day on weekends and a match on weekday, which means we will have only one match a day for the next 5 days. Today its between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab and both teams are yet to register a win and I thnk Kings XI will come on top today looking at both the teams performance other day. The team which is going to lose today will have tough time to make it for semis and they might have to win all other games.

1st match today between Deccan Chargers and Kolkata turned out to be interesting low score match and at the time of updating this Kolkata need 22 from 20 balls with five wickets in hand and I think that should not be a big deal but pitch is behaving strange. Play interrupted as one of towers (lights) stopeed working and hopefully will resume soon and finish before this match or else will be draw.
In 2nd match today,Vijay Mallya’s Royal Challengers will be playing against Reliance Mumbai Indians led by Little Master. It would be interesting to see how Sachin will cope up with Captaincy this time, considering that’s the only department he ever tried and failed. Both the teams look equally good on papers but Mumbai Indian’s has got two key players Sachin and Jayasuriya who can take the game away from any team if they get going. Also After losing their 1st Match Royal Challengers will be under pressure to perform today against Mumbai Indians.

After losing so many matches in row and importantly losing most of the wickets in first 15 overs, I’m not sure how much entertainment Bangladesh can provide. I wish Pakistan get to bat first and score massively and then let Bangladesh do what they want, if they can chase well and good if not also fine.
With IPL T20 Around, not sure how if we will have any live links for this match. But as you already know, we will try our best
