Both Canada and Zimbabwe did not make it finals as everyone expected and probably organizers too guessed it and arranged a match for 3rd place. This is crazy, when you have only 4 nations playing what is the need of 3rd Place :).
Anyways can Canada upset Zimbabwe this time, they almost did that during their previous face-off.

Indian has always been poor performer in 4th innings and on only few occassions they could save test in similar situations. Aussies has good chance of winning this game if they can declare early with 350 runs on board to defend.
Though all three results possible, I would rule out India winning unless Sehwag strikes for Team India.

In 2nd Match today, Sri Lanka will play against Canada and I don’t think Canada can stop Sri Lanka from going to Final. Actually I’m impressed with Canada but they are not ready for Major test playing nations but that will make tomorrows match for 3rd position make it interesting.

Important match for Lahore Badshahs after losing to Hyderabad Heroes in inagural match of the tournament to better their chances for next round. Relatively Lahore Badshahs look strong and we can’t really say, anything is possible in Cricket.

We had two good matches yesterday, Canada almost upset Zimbabwe but Zimbabwe is lucky that Canada could not handle pressure in bowlout and later Pakistan snatched victory from Sri Lanka in last couple of overs and thanks to excellent hitting by Fawad Alam and Shoaib Malik.
Today is again more like day 1 of Canada cup with Pakistan playing against Zimbabwe and it’s not hard to predict who gonna win today

Well it’s too late to post this but we still have another 10 overs to go and with more than 100 runs required for Ahmedabad. If at all Ahmedabad win’s it’s gonna be hell lot of a entertainment
Indian top order failed once again and thanks to tail India still in a position to save the match. Except Dravid, Sehwag and Sourav no other player from top order has even reached 30s and it’s very unfortuante the way Dravid got out who look very much settled for a big score. Luckily tail wagged and no India just trailing by 117 runs and it could have been easily trailing by 175+ if Harbhajan and Zaheer have gone out cheaply. India tail should try to reduce the trail margin as much as they can. Australia must be frustrated with Bhajji and Zaheer partnership, except that everything have gone according to their plan. Aussies will be hoping to clean the tail as soon as possible while Indians will try to bat for as long as they can and restrict aussies to a defendable total.
Both teams had an easy day out yesterday but that will not be the case today. Whichever team wins today will carry a psychological advantage going into the final on Monday.
Let’s hope to see good cricket from both sides. I wish both Afridi and Jaya strikes and that will be hell lot of entertainment for a weekend

It’s kind of funny that many Bangladesh players ditched Bangladesh Cricket Board only few days before ICL Season 2 just to make to it ICL. Now a days who care about Ethics, Anyways Bangladesh won ODI match couple of days ago and many feel it’s good that some players left (Positive thinking).
In next couple of hours we will know if Dhaka Warriors are really prepared to take on Chennai Super Stars with such short notice.
