Wow what a match was the last one, Pakistan almost seemed to make a mess of it but made it in the end. SA kept losing wickets and they never seem to reach 200 score but luckily they made 200+ and had something to defend. Initial fireworks by Afridi made sure Pak doesn’t get into run rate problem and the rest need to play average cricket to win the match but loss of wickets in quick intervals gave a bit of hope to SA but partnership between Malik and Yousuf made sure pakistan is home.
Lets hope we will have good match today as well. Wish pakistan can bat first

The way Pakistan had comeback strongly in the 2nd game inspite of losing quick wickets is because of pure experience from Yousuf and Younis.

T20 Inaugural World Cup Champions plays their 1st T20 match after world cup against mighty Aussies who recently won the ODI series against T20 Champions. The only question everyone has is can Team India live up to the name of champions like Aussies do in ODI format.
India will be retaining the same squad as the T20 world cup which means no senior players. For Aussies Ponting will be back whom they missed in T20 Worldcup due to hamstring injury.
Aussies would like to prove a point here today and they already mentioned in interviews they are eager to play champions. Can India withstand Aussie force again?? All India needs is couple of good batting performances and decent bowling.

Its a great news for Cricket fans that SA team has decided to continue their tour despite bombings yesterday.
South Africa dominated the match from the word go with good opening partnership and couple of Centuries by Gibbs and Devilliers made sure Pakistan had to chase a good score almost close to 300. But Pakistan was never in the match, though Afridi showed some fireworks, everyone knew its already late.
I personally feel Afridi should rethink which position he wants to bat. Batting and lower down order will not help anyones cause.
I hope Pakistan put a match winning performance and make series more interesting
Stage is set for one more exciting 5 match ODI series between Pakistan and South Africa. South Africa must be carrying their confidence from test series victory into this series and would like to win the ODI series as well.
Pakistan showed lot of character on the last day of 2nd test match and that should give them enough boost to put a decent fight. A big test for Malik as a captain and how he handles the unit.

Welcome back for the 7th and Final ODI between India and Australia.
With Aus winning the series 4-2 already, there is nothing much at stake for Team India except playing for pride and have a moral victory. Its very hard to see Aussies scoring 300+ whenever they are given oppuritunity to bat 1st, which clearly shows the bowling abilities of the players. But what more disheartening to see was blaming batsman unable to chase. To an extent they need to be blamed but chasing 300+ is not an easy task and if its the case of allowing opposition to score more than 300 every time why not play with 11 batsman.
Apart from Cricket, India’s reputation was made bad by Crowd and Sreesanth and now Indian fans are seen as bunch of racists in Cricketing world. I hope someone will stop Sreesanth giving stupid interviews and ask him to respect the champs and legends. Will he not get his own medicine if at all he is in squad to tour Australia??
Nonetheless for some cricketers this is one more match they play to win and hope they can make it interesting.
From the series perspective, Aussies can’t lose and India can’t win and thats how series stands currently. India must win this match to keep themselves alive in the series or else the next match will be just a matter of pride. India can’t afford to lose wickets in 1st few overs. All the time they got decent opening partnership they won if we look at last couple of series so they should be really focusing on the same to provide partnerships. Bowling is also a bit of concern for India but it has never been India’s strength anyway.
Aussies need 1 more win to seal the series, can they do it today?
England had already won the series and nothing much at stake here except for pride for Sri Lanka. England must be happy with their performance through out the series coming from 0-1 to 3-1 to win the Series in Asia for the first time.
Sri Lanka has been poor with bat through out the series, no real scores from top order which had let them down in the series. SL need to get their act together and put a decent performance with bat if they want to win this match. England would like to win the match and finish the series on a high note.
South Africa had dominated set a good lead of 450+ to defend with the help of Skipper himself and rock solid Kallis who got 3 centuries in th series alread. It will be a record if Pakistan can chase the target and win it but it looks next to impossible.
SA has managed very well to pick the 1st wicket of butt very early in the innings but Akmal and Younis steadied ship and gave a little hope that they can save the game. Must win match for Pak to level series and if they go on to win this, they are the ones who will carry the momentum to the ODI series.
SA has complete 1 day to pick 9 more wickets and Pakistan needs another 300 Odd run to win.
