What BCCI thinks/knows about the match is irrelevant. If SL thought it was strategically important to play the way they did - there’s nothing wrong with it. Especially with back to back matches on relentless pitches and horrible weather conditions, resting key players or even reducing the intensity is more than justified. RR & WY should comment on why Pak failed and how they could improve rather than blame SL. Having said that I agree with colly. The comments were not as significant as the news reports make it out to be. They probably are just trying to sell paper.
